Dr. Bourque is a psychologist working at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre.  There, she provides assessment and cognitive behavioural treatment services for individuals suffering from a wide range of anxiety-based problems.  She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences and supervises cognitive behavioural therapy in the Psychiatry Residency Programme, McMaster University.  She is also a supervisor and lecturer for the Clinical Behavioural Sciences Programme at McMaster University, a post-graduate psychotherapy training program.  Her current research interests are in the nature and treatment of anxiety disorders. Dr. Bourque also serves as the Director of Clinical Training for Dalton Psychological and Counselling Services where she trains pre-doctoral clinical psychology interns and psychology students in a range of clinical and counseling services.  She provides assessment and cognitive behavioural treatment services to adolescents, couples, and families within a private practice setting.
