| Stipend
For the 2012-2013 academic year, six (6) full-time resident positions
will be available, one (1) of which will be
in a clinical neuropsychology stream. Predoctoral residents are paid a non-taxable
stipend of $29,000 in biweekly installments.
Benefits, Vacations, and Parking
In addition, residents are eligible to receive up to $1000 to attend conferences at which they are presenting, and up to $500 for the purchase of relevant books or training materials. Residents receive three weeks (15 working days) paid vacation, in addition to 12 statutory holidays.
Residents may also take up to two weeks (10 working days) for
professional development activities (e.g., attend conferences, job
interviews).
Parking permits (allowing parking at both the Charlton site and the West 5th Campus) may be purchased for a monthly fee of approximately $65. Finally, arrangements can be made for residents to access library privileges at McMaster University.
